1. Can we compare two files in OWL. or we can use any third party software to compare the files.e.g win merge.

2. I am using OWL 0.96 there are two option for search (i.e. search with in and search current folders.) so what the difference between these two. can we search file using content of the file. e.g i want to search a files that consist the word "maths".

1. if the file is of TXT format, then yes you can compare the 2 versions of a file, by going to the File Log, and you should see options there..


2. Yes you can search within documents as long as you have installed the supporting tools on your machine and that you have setup owl to point to these tools, for example pdftotext, antiword etc. Suarc within a folder tell the search to only search the content of the current folder not the entire repository.
