Hi, B0zz:
We're using 0.96 on Linux, if our file name contains a spcial code(ie. "), we can not open that page anymore, it's like an endless loop of that page, lots of fresh message in it...then we ftp to file system,we can not even delete that file with corrupted file name, any advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi,
We no longer fix 0.96, if you absolutely need a fix in this version I will require remote access to your machine, and at least Support Dollars, probably a single incident would be sufficient to resolve this issue.

Standard upgrade the database using the mysql-from-0.9x.sql and that should do it.

Could you describe more of migration:
not sure if these steps ok ?
1. ftp all files from 0.96 to client
2. backuup database(xxx.sql)
3. install owl 1.0
4. ftp all files back to 1.0
5. how to restore xxx.sql to 1.0 ?

the restore is as per my reply on you other thread, and then the upgrade script on top of that.
We do offer Support services, and this is something we could do for you / your client. 1 Hour support should be more than enough for us to complete the upgrade for you.
