I can upgrade my owl installation version 0.93 to new version 0.96 ?
New version 0.96 has database change ?
for upgrade I must only rewriteing the php files to upgrade?

Hi,
Yes you should be able to upgrade to 0.96, there are no database changes.
You should keep the config/owl.php file that comes with 0.96, and make the appropriate changes to db_host db_user, root_url etc...
