Hye there BOzz,
Would like to ask regarding the attached error I got.
I was testing the 'Forgot your password?' function. Next, we are to key in the 'Username or Email Address:'. The thing is, the process only works with username but not with email address. Below error appeared:
Message could not be sent
SMTP Error: The following recipients failed:
Is it due to email settings? but which part?
Kindly help.

I have seen this occur if the ADMIN user email address is incorrect for your setup, for example the default might be set to bozz.
