actually i fail to underestand and imagine how will be
can you explain it to me how will it be working in OWL

at present the pdf file i m downloading from the log screen contain an owl logo and url in the footer is that pdf watremarking please explain

Hi,

Yes an image or a text string is added to the background of the pdf. This is a way to identify / mark a PDF document.

The String can be Pretty much anything, as defined in the language.inc Or you can upload your own single page PDF document.

Hello Bozz,

I have created a single page pdf document and also provided the path to it and the signals are also green in the site feature tab for pdf watermarking
but still the pdf downloaded are not getting watermarked, i also checked the pdf watermark in user creation screen

what would ne the reason please, why are not they getting watermarked..??

pleas let me know the reason

Have you tried unchecking...

yes its already unchecked but still pdf generates without any watermarking

Then there's an issue with your setup.

Check your apache Logs for errors.

Also turn debug on in owl.php to see if there's a failiure.

One Last time:

Unsubscribe from boxe OR use a different Email address OR add us to your WHITE list on boxe....

We get enough emails without having to deal with these...

i have checked the apache error log and also turned on the debugging mode but there's no error reported or so

i m following the following process for generating watermarked pdf

1) created a user with access to system logs and checking then pdf watermark option
2) logging in with the above created user
3) clicking on the system log tab
4) clicking on generate pdf button
5) saving the pdf file to the system
6) pdf file saved is without any water mark

in site feature the pdf watermarking option both the signals are green
still no watermark

is the above procedure correct in order to get a watermarked pdf

System logs are NOT water marked, only documents that are downloaded from the Document repository.

if you say only documents present in document repository then....wat does it mean
will it be watermark all type of documents or it will watermark only pdf documents..??
